Established in 2009 by Steph and Gill Smith, their son’s Brandon and Blake joining the team later, they have expanded from school halls to having their own facilities.
We are a family run school, which has many highly experienced coaches along with some junior coaches.
The family are really passionate about teaching students of all ages and abilities to master the art of martial arts and kickboxing, also improve both, fitness and self belief/confidence.
By allowing you to push the boundaries at your own pace.
By learning how to manage emotions and responses.
By attending regular classes and meeting/working with like minded people who will motivate and push you as far as you want to go.
Meet new people, have fun, and become part of a great team whilst following your own personal journey in a disciplined sport.
Adult classes are on a Monday and Friday evenings.
These classes are for students aged 14 years old and above
and are for beginners or advanced students
Junior classes are on a Monday, Thursday and Friday
evenings.
These classes are for students aged 7 - 13 years old and are
for beginners or advanced students
Teeny Bopper classes are on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday
evening.
These classes are for students aged 3 - 6 years old and
helps build the foundation knowledge of Kickboxing.
